I had a referral to a foot surgeon for a problem with my foot where I am still waiting for a reply and in the meantime went to see Dee where after one session my foot was feeling really great. She also did a research for the problem and sent the info to me on natural remedies to help. My foot felt the best it had done in ages. A Relaxation Massage is complete body massage, using smooth, gliding strokes and classic Swedish Massage techniques. During a relaxation massage there is less emphasis on working out serious adhesions or knots in the muscle tissue and the therapist won’t push your pain limits in order to get the muscle to release.
